Bad News On Coronavirus Vaccine In Ghana

The European News Platform is reporting that the vaccine that Ghana and some other African countries are currently using called AstraZeneca supplied to the country totalling 6 million doses is currently under a bad press in Estonia, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia.

According to information from the world’s leading portals have it that, the AstraZeneca COVID19 vaccine has been suspended in the countries above-mentioned.

The vaccine is which now under investigations stand accused of a serious side effect in the form of fatal blood clots according international news outlets.

The Anglo Swedish COVID19 vaccine touted as the world cheapest attracted funding from the UN and other donors is currently available in Ghana and approved by the FDA.

Former President Mahama and Nana Akuffo Addo received theirs, alongside some leading members of the clergy.

Following debates over the safety of the vaccine, Dr. Duncan Williams Nicholas, Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International (ACI) ministry, reportedly clarifies that taking the vaccine is wisdom not lack of faith.

Meanwhile, we do not know whether Ghana and other African countries will also suspend the AstraZeneca vaccine before investigations are completed.
